Service subscription terms.
This is a billing sandbox. Use test cards only; no real charges are collected.
These terms govern your use of flowX Service. You must have authority to act for your company and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your credentials, invited team members and activity in your workspace.
Your plan and free trial
Service Team costs $149 USD per month for one company and up to five users, including the owner. Pending invitations reserve a user seat. There is no percentage fee on your job revenue and no automatic charge for extra seats.
Your first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial after checkout is completed and a card is saved. No subscription payment is due during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe charges $149 and renews the subscription monthly until canceled. The checkout page and billing portal show the applicable dates. A company that restarts its subscription does not receive another free trial.
Cancellation and failed payments
The workspace owner can update the payment method, review invoices and cancel from Company billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the trial or paid period shown in Stripe. You keep access through that date. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by FlowX.
A failed renewal has a seven-day grace period. After that period, operational access is paused until payment is confirmed. Account sign-in, billing and owner data export remain available. Cancellation or suspension does not itself delete your company records. Owners can export operational records, attachments and signed customer documents from Company billing or Your workspaces; the export lists any unavailable files. Contact support for export or account deletion assistance.
Included service and external services
The subscription covers flowX Service's company workspace and office and field workflows. FlowX Sales and Knowledge subscriptions, customer payment processing, SMS/telephony, accounting connections and other optional integrations are separate. Features labeled as requiring a connection are available only after the required provider is configured. Review your business requirements before replacing an existing system.
Your data and acceptable use
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You authorize FlowX to host, process, transmit and display it to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required for customer, employee and business records. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, malware, deceptive communications, unauthorized access or interference with other users or systems.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular business result. You remain responsible for reviewing work, financial records and any automated output before relying on it. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and availability.
To the extent permitted by law, FlowX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages. FlowX's total liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees you paid to FlowX for Service in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and support
We may suspend access for nonpayment, material violations, security risks or legal requirements. Material changes to the subscription or these terms will be communicated through the service or by email before they apply where notice is required.
