Information we store
We store your name, email address, company name, a salted password hash, team memberships, account preferences and records you add to your workspace. These records may include customer contacts, job and equipment details, documents, invoices and activity history. Workspace records are restricted by company membership and role.
How we use it
We use information to operate and secure your workspace, deliver requested workflows, manage subscriptions, send account and team-invitation emails, respond to support requests and maintain audit records. Essential cookies support sign-in and protect form submissions. Security logs may contain network addresses, request details and account activity.
Billing and service providers
Stripe collects and processes card details on its hosted checkout and billing pages. FlowX Service does not receive or store your full card number or security code. We retain Stripe customer, checkout and subscription identifiers, subscription status and the billing consent needed to manage access. Hosting, email and payment providers process information needed to deliver their services. Additional integrations receive data when configured for your company.
Campaign attribution
Tagged signup links can record campaign source, medium, name, content and search term with your signup and consent time. These records help us measure aggregate signups and account activation. No Meta Pixel or advertising SDK is currently installed on these pages. Passwords and payment-card details are not included in campaign records.
Retention and your choices
Canceling a subscription pauses renewal; it does not automatically delete your account or company records. We retain information to provide the service, support recovery, maintain security and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Ask hello@useflowx.com for access, correction, export or deletion assistance. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons. Workspace owners control team access; contact your company administrator about records managed by your organization.
We do not sell workspace content. We may disclose information when you direct us to, when required by law, or to protect the service and its users. We will update this notice when the service changes.
